At Adorned, we want you to love every piece you wear, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a hassle-free return process within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print your pre-paid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside your package.

  Ship It Back

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and drop the parcel off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
